Frequently asked questions

What is a Case ID?

Case ID is a unique identifier found inside the case. It is required to start a measurement.

Do I need to turn on the device?

Devices are usually on all the time and should not be turned off after the measurement. You can make sure that the device is on by checking the light in the bottom corner of the device. If the light blinks every 10 seconds, the device is on. If you don't see the light blinking, press the button on the device for three seconds and check if you see the blinking light.

The program says that the device/devices are turned off

If the devices are turned off, you can turn them on by pressing the button on the device for three seconds. If the green light stays on for a long time, the device is already on but has not connected to the network in the last 24 hours. In this case, please contact our technical support.

What kind of rooms should the devices be placed in?

You can place the devices wherever you want. However, we recommend avoiding the kitchen because steam and other factors related to cooking are not directly related to the air quality in the apartment. Good options are the bedroom, study, and living room. The air quality in the bedroom affects the quality of your sleep, the appropriate temperature and low carbon dioxide levels in the study enable good concentration.

Where should the devices be placed?

You can place the devices on a table, open shelf, or attach them to the wall with double-sided tape. It is important that the device is not too close to a window, door, radiator, or any place where the sun shines.

Can I get reports during the measurement?

You can get reports freely from the 'Create report' section, but only after the measurement has been running for at least 24 hours.

Can someone else see the measurement results of my space?

The reports are sent by email only to the person who created the measurement. The measurement results are personal, but you can forward the reports if you wish.
